Contented Canines & Cats Responsibilities

1. Contented Canines and Cats agrees to provide the services stated in this agreement in a reliable , caring and trustworthy manner. In consideration of these services and as an express condition thereof, the client waives and relinquishes any and all claims against  Contented Canines & Cats.
2. Contented Canines and cats accepts no responsibility or security of the premises  or loss of any item.
3. Contented Canines and Cats will not let any dog off his/her lead unless express owner consent has been given.
   Bitches in season will not be accepted as part of group walking and dogs should be kept up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatment.
4. Contented Canines and Cats is fully insured for public liability should any pet
   Cause harm or damages to employees or public.
5. It is expressly understood that Contented Canines and Cats shall not be held
   Responsible for damage to clients property or that of others caused by clients pet during the period in which they are in its care.

  Client Authorization

1. I agree to provide keys / arrange for keys to be available for Contented Canines and Cats .
2. I authorize Contented Canines and Cats to obtain any emergency veterinary care that maybe necessary during the time spent with my pet. Every effort will be made to contact owner prior to obtaining emergency care. I accept responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care. I also authorize Contented Canines and Cats to use an alternative vet should my regular vet be unavailable.
3. I agree to reimburse Contented Canines and Cats for any additional fees for Providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits , transportation , housing ,food or supplies.
4. I agree to notify Contented Canines and Cats of any concerns / complaints within 24 hours of any appointments.

  Payments and Deposits

1. No charge for initial meeting and consultation.
2. A 50% deposit for all bookings will be taken in advance and full payment required on the day of  walk or service required. Cheque or cash . For pet sitting and vet visits a 50% non – refundable deposit is payable in advance.
3. Cancellations of walks for a period of 1 week or more two weeks notice is required. For cancellations of 1 or 2 days walks one weeks notice is required. If notice is not given charges will be applied.
   

Cancellations for pet sitting

1. Over one weeks bookings, a weeks notice must be given.
2. For less than one week - 48 hours notice given or charges will be applied.
3. Cancellation of vet visits - 48 hours notice is requested.
